Why your email address matters

A quote sent from yourcompany@gmail.com asks the customer to take your word that you're a real business. The same quote from accounts@yourcompany.com answers that question before they open it. A domain address also stays with the business: when someone leaves, you keep their mailbox and the customer history inside it.

Who Business Email is for

Business Email suits small teams who mostly send and receive everyday mail and want it to work in the apps they already use. If each person needs more than 5 GB, look at Enterprise Email. If you want a simpler, lighter setup built around mobile apps, look at Titan Email. If your team also needs shared documents and video meetings, look at Google Workspace. See email hosting

Email that works the way your team does

Read mail anywhere

Sign in to webmail at webmail.yourdomain.com from any desktop or mobile browser, or connect Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, or the mail app on your phone over IMAP or POP3. Connections are encrypted with TLS.

A calendar that syncs

Schedule meetings and keep an address book that syncs across your devices.

Shared addresses for roles

Create mailing lists for addresses like team@ or support@, choose a moderator, and add or remove people as staff change.

Auto-replies

Set an out-of-office or acknowledgement message that goes out automatically when mail arrives.

Less junk

Incoming mail is scanned for viruses and filtered for spam before it reaches you.

Mail that reaches the inbox

Add SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to your domain so receiving servers can tell your mail is genuine. Open a ticket if you'd like a hand with them.

Room to grow, one mailbox at a time

Storage is set per mailbox, not shared. If one person runs out of space, add a 5 GB block to their mailbox instead of upgrading everyone.

Switching from another provider

Moving comes down to copying your existing mail across, then updating your domain's MX records so new mail arrives in the new mailboxes. Open a ticket and we'll help you plan it so mail keeps arriving during the change.

Business email questions

Still unsure? Open a ticket and our team will answer it.

Do I need a website or hosting plan to use Business Email?

No. You only need a domain name. Register one with us, transfer one in, or keep it with your current registrar and point its MX records to us.

Can I use Business Email in Outlook or on my phone?

Yes. Business Email supports IMAP and POP3 for incoming mail and SMTP for sending (port 587 if your internet provider blocks port 25). It works with Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, the Gmail app, and the built-in mail apps on iPhone and Android.

How much storage do I get?

5 GB per mailbox. You can add more storage to any single mailbox in 5 GB blocks.

Is there a limit on how much email I can send?

Normal business email is fine. Unsolicited bulk mail and purchased lists aren't allowed, and accounts that send spam can be suspended. For newsletters, use a dedicated email marketing service.

What's the difference between Business Email and Titan Email?

Both are entry-level email on your own domain. Titan Email is the simpler, lighter option, built around its own mobile apps, with features such as read receipts and email templates. Business Email gives you a classic webmail and calendar setup, mailing lists, and per-mailbox storage top-ups, and works with any IMAP or POP3 app. Compare the prices on each plan.
