Company / Our commitment
Our commitment to you
These are the standards we hold ourselves to on pricing, billing, your data and support. If we fall short of any of them, tell us.
We'll be clear about what you're paying for
- Each plan page lists what's included and its current price, pulled live from our billing system in USD.
- Domain registration, renewal and transfer prices are listed for every extension on domain pricing.
- If a plan has a limit that could affect your site, we state it on the plan page or link to where it's explained, like our Acceptable Use Policy.
We'll bill you fairly
- Renewal invoices are issued in your client area before the due date, and emailed to you.
- You can request cancellation of a service from the client area or in a ticket.
- We follow our published Refund Policy, and it says plainly which products can't be refunded, such as domain registrations.
- If we bill you in error, we'll correct it.
We'll handle your data carefully
- We collect the information we need to run your account and services, and our Privacy Policy explains what that is.
- Your website files, databases and email belong to you. You can download them while your service is active.
- SSD hosting plans include timeline backups and malware protection. We still recommend keeping your own copy of important files.
- If we need a password to help you, we'll ask for it inside your ticket.
We'll treat you with respect in support
- We'll explain what's wrong and what we're doing about it in plain language.
- We'll tell you if something is outside what we can help with.
- We'll keep your request in one ticket thread so you don't have to repeat yourself.
- If something will take time, we'll say so.
We'll be open about problems
- When we need to tell customers about a problem or a change on our side, we post it in our service announcements, linked from system status.
- When we get something wrong, we'll say so.
Hold us to it
If you think we haven't met one of these commitments, tell us which one.
