We move your website from your current host to your new ResellerBytes hosting account. Tell us in the ticket what the site runs on and anything else you would like moved, such as mailboxes, and we will confirm what can be moved for your setup before we start.
Your domain registration is separate from hosting. You can keep your domain where it is and point it at ResellerBytes, or transfer it to us later.

How to keep disruption low
- Avoid publishing new content on the old site after the copy is made, or tell us so we can sync changes.
- Lower DNS TTL a day before the switch if your provider allows it.
- Schedule the DNS switch for a quiet time for your visitors.
- If email moves too, update mail settings on your devices soon after the switch.

How do I move my website to ResellerBytes?
Order a hosting plan, then open a ticket with access details for your current host. Our team copies the site across, you check it, and then you switch your domain's DNS.
Will my site go down during the move?
Your current site stays live on your old host while we copy it. The only change visitors see is the DNS switch, and keeping the old hosting active until the new site is confirmed working covers that period.
Can you move my email too?
Tell us in your migration ticket which mailboxes you use and where they're hosted today. We'll confirm what can be moved for your setup before we start.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly we get access to the old host. We'll give you an estimate in the ticket once we've looked at your account.
Do I need to transfer my domain to ResellerBytes?
No. You can point a domain registered anywhere at your ResellerBytes hosting. Transferring is optional.
