Resources for hosting and domain customers
Find setup guides, answers to common questions, and how to report a problem. Most questions about hosting, domains and billing are answered here before you need to open a ticket.
Start with the knowledge base
Short, task-focused articles in the client portal for SMTP, WordPress tuning and more. Each article covers one job so you can follow it start to finish.
Read a guide
Longer walkthroughs for choosing a plan, pointing a domain and growing your site. Each guide explains why a step matters as well as which button to press.
Moving a site
If your website lives somewhere else today, our migration guide explains what we need from you, how we copy your site, and how to switch DNS with as little disruption as possible.
Ask us about moving after you order an SSD hosting plan. Read the website migration guide
Check system status
Before you troubleshoot your own site, look at our status page. It links to service announcements and explains how to report a problem so our team can look at it.
Quick answers
Common questions about hosting, domains, billing and support before you buy and in your first weeks as a customer.
News and articles
Practical articles about domains, hosting and running a website from the ResellerBytes blog.
Resource questions
Still stuck? Open a ticket and include your domain name and what you have already tried.
Where can I find setup guides?
In the knowledge base for single tasks, and in hosting guides for longer jobs like launching a site or pointing a domain.
Where do I check if there is an outage?
On the system status page, which links to our service announcements. If nothing is listed and your site is down, open a support ticket with your domain name and a description of what you see.
I can't find an answer here. What should I do next?
Go to the Support Center. It routes you to the right place, whether that's a support ticket, a billing question, or a question before you buy.
Do I need an account to read the guides and articles?
No. All resources on this site are public. You only need to log in to the client area to manage services or pay invoices.

Our support team can look at your account directly. Open a ticket and include your domain name and what you've already tried.
